When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
We use basic spam prevention measures that do not identify you.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that monitor your behaviour. No data is sent to Google, Facebook, or any ad network. All assets (including fonts) are served from our own infrastructure.
We process your contact form data under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) -- legitimate interest. You contacted us; we reply. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or use it for anything beyond the conversation you started.
Your form submission is delivered as an email to mark@potamus.ee. Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Germany).
Contact form submissions are kept as emails in our mailbox for as long as the business relationship or conversation is active. We don't have an automated deletion schedule, but we'll delete your data on request.

All connections to this site are encrypted. We record aggregate page view counts (page path and approximate geographic region) with no user-identifying information.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For a small consultancy with a contact form, changes are unlikely.
